Important instruction / information

  • Please find the details regarding Allocation of Zone/Hotspots on First Come First Serve basis under Important Documents section.

  • Instructions to the Applicants to whom 'Letter of Award' is issued:
    1. Please Submit/Upload the Letter of Acceptance within 10 days from date of Letter of Award for allocated Zones/Hotspots
    2. Upload 'Land Documents for respective Charging Station Site as and when the land is arranged.
    3. Upload Work Order/Purchase Order for Charging Equipment to be installed at EV charging station as and when such orders are placed.

  • The entities shall mandatory submit printout of online applications along with copy of uploaded documents, within seven (07) days of closing of portal (i.e. 7 days from 26.11.2022) at following address:

  • Now during Sign-Up same OTP will be received on SMS and e-Mail. User will have to enter only one OTP for sign-up.

  • The 'Submit' window for submission of duly filled up application shall be open for the period from Oct 27, 2022, time : 10:00 hours to Nov 26, 2022, time : 17:00 hours

  • Before above timeline, it is allowed to visit the portal to understand the application format and documents requirements. The submission of duly filled up application shall be allowed upon the opening of 'Submit' window. For detailed guidelines for filing & submission of application, kindly refer SoP.

  • In case of any updation / modification in the submitted application, the date & time as logged on online web-portal at the time of updation shall be considered as date & time of final submission of application and priority shall be considered accordingly..

  • For any further query related to EOI, Guidelines, IT etc, the same may be conveyed through Email ID at admin.csevci@gebmail.com or may be contacted to Shri Saumil Shah on telephone no. 0265-2334751 / 2340289 during office hours from 10.30 to 18.10 Hrs on working days.

  • Any Incomplete applications or applications which are not in accordance with EOI / Government guidelines shall be treated as rejected.

  • In case the documents size of annual accounts etc in support of Net worth is higher than documents size specified, in such cases, SCHEDULE-III as per AS-7 (revised) shall be complied and submitted along with Online Application and hard copy of entire document shall be submitted at time of physical submission.

  • The application fees of Rs. 10,000/ + GST is to be paid separately for each individual application made for respective Municipal Corporation / Municipalities / Highway or National Highway or Express way / Tourist locations, as the case may be. The fee is to be deposited in the following bank account through NEFT / RTGS / IMPS.
